Serves as a senior program analyst for Business Programs at the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) level providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to the command. Analyzes policy issues and develops programs, policies, procedures and practices that promote economy, efficiency and effectiveness in Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) operations.
