This position is located at the Wind River Service Unit, Indian Health Service, Fort Washakie, WY and reports to the Behavioral Health Director.

- Assess, plan, and provide comprehensive and therapeutic medical mental health care to individual, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patients and their families.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and provide ongoing monitoring of medication effectiveness (adjusting if necessary).
- Consultation to medical providers and other entities on the proper use of psychotropic medications.
- Provide a multidisciplinary bridge between medical and behavioral health staff.
- Occasional Travel
- Occasional travel may be required.
