As an Administrative/Technical Specialist, your duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Providing advisory services to various levels of management and partners with the assigned customers to assist in achieving goals.
· Performing analysis and research of a variety of Human Resources initiatives.
· Applying knowledge of human resources or personnel management law, regulation, principles, precedents, and policy to advise management personnel.
· Interpreting report data for a diversified audience in efforts to increase communication of division's programs.
