The duties of this position are:
Maintain military personnel files to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Prepare a wide variety of military personnel actions, such as: orders, promotions, awards, Officer Evaluation Reports, Enlisted Evaluation Reports, etc.Process and audit complex pay actions.Research and resolve complex pay issues.Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures assuring uniform interpretation and application.Research and analyze data to identify trends and report the results to management.
