About the Position: This position is a TERM position NTE 2 years. It is temporary and may be extended up to a maximum of 4 years.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Financial Management Analyst in the Budget Division,
Resource Management Office (G8), Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) and provides budget and travel support to Operational Contracting Support Joint Exercise (OCSJX). This position is located at the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Resource Management Director (G-8).

In this position you will manage and execute multi-year program and perform resource management, budget execution in support of the Operational Contracting Support Joint Exercise for the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command; interpret financial management regulations and provide guidance to subordinated offices and other commands as needed to include creating, revising, and publishing guidance/procedures.  Ensure all financial transactions comply with law and travel regulations. Process all requirements for Operational Contracting Support Joint Exercise in the General Fund Enterprise Business System and the Defense Travel System. Process and conduct analyses and reviews of all obligations, travel orders and vouchers to ensure all are complete, accurate, and conform to all applicable regulations. Conduct monthly reconciliation to ensure compliance with the Statement of Budgetary

Resources and Army Audit Readiness. Participate in meetings and task groups and committees to disseminate resource management information; prepare data for briefing and update timelines. Serve as program manager for the oversight and coordination of the Command's Operational Contracting Support Joint Exercise and the Defense Travel Point of Contact.
