· Utilize interrelationships among different Information Technology (IT) disciplines (e.g. emerging technologies) for application to DoN and DoD requirements.
· Serve as Lead Technical Expert in the development, administration, and operation of the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system.
· Development Service Level Agreements (SLA's) to meet customer support service requirements and/or expectations.
· Resolve issues (e.g. delivery of support and sustainment) to provide customers with Information Technology (IT) services.
· Provide technical advice to management I the development of procedures regarding the use of designed applications.
