The selectee for this position
serves as an Electrician in the Facilities Maintenance Division, Installation
and Logistics Division of Parris
and repair transformers, converters, motor drive contactors, secondary
generators, switches, circuit breakers, rheostats, and similar devices.
electrical systems for continuity of circuits in electrical wiring of branch
circuits, parallel circuits, three way lighting circuits, motor control
circuits and other electrical systems for operation and safety.
standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring for electrical
equipment and use trade formulas to calculate common practices.
transformers, power converters, pull boxes, new circuits, circuit breakers and
similar equipment where required.
directly with engineers, scientists, and sponsors to build or modify electrical
circuits on the basis of rough notes and desired performance criteria
