The Precision Medicine Initiative (PMI) Cohort Program is a newly established office within the NIH Office of the Director. The highly visible initiative will result in the establishment of the nation's premier research cohort.

As the Deputy Director for the PMI Cohort Program, you will perform duties to include:
- Providing expert advice and counsel to the PMI Cohort Director and the NIH Director with regard to cross-cutting science policy issues.
- Playing a central role in planning, policy development, and analysis necessary to provide a sound basis for key policy and program decisions by the PMI Cohort Director and the NIH Director.
- Performing analysis and evaluation of significant problems or questions pertaining to the PMI Cohort and NIH activities, programs and policies.
- Representing the PMI Cohort Program on task forces, work groups, and other collaborations with senior level officials both inside and outside of the federal government.
