    This position is located in the Public Works Business Line at San Diego, CA. It is an integral part of the Maintenance and Engineering Program responsible for tracking funding, scheduling, resource leveling, work reception and dispatch operations to support emergency service, recurring, maintenance, repair, construction, and engineering projects.

    • Applying knowledge of production work methods, processes, labor and material requirements in order to plan, estimate, schedule and expedite production operations.
    • Monitoring Job Order numbers to ensure it is correct and funded properly.
    • Coordinating with Project Managers to update project schedules.
    • Inputting data into business applications (i.e. MAXIMO, MS Project) to ensure proper financial cost accounting, scheduling and workload.
