    Responsibilities

    This position serves as a Senior Writer-Editor in the Office of Audit Services located at Washington, DC or Boston, MA offices. The office is responsible for providing audit services to all management levels within the servicing area. Responsibilities include providing authoritative advice and assistance to office staff engaging in the preparation of various written materials, including correspondence, and audit reports.

    If selected for this position, you will:

    • Conduct a thorough review of manuscripts, and reports to ensure the documents meets DHHS and OIG standards for publication.
    • Prepare, or assists in the preparation of, various products, special reports, or analysis needed for Congressional testimony, briefings, or special meetings.
    • Make necessary changes in submissions to improve effectiveness or quality, including rewriting sections in documents.
