This position is located at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC PAC), Kauai, Hawaii.  As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of navy integrated logistic supply, ILS, support for C4I and other equipment inventory management, requisition processing, warehousing, material storage and packaging for classified and un-classified of navy maintenance support parts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Analyze integrated logistic supply and data reports.

·         Coordinate, track and execute navy requisitions.

·         Track via Configuration Data Mangers Database-Open Architecture CDMD-OA

·         Responsible for accuracy and accountability of all parts and materials as assigned.

Your resume must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or pay band in Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector OR have PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., (if related).   Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for managing supply or equipment inventory, requisition processing, warehousing and/or material storage and packaging for maintenance support parts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Generally, current Federal employees applying for STRL jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. This requirement is called time-in-grade.  All qualifications and time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and clearly documented in your resume.

The pay schedule and pay band for all Administrative Specialist/Professional Positions will be NO-1/2/3/4/5/6.
