You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates: Attention to Detail: Take a thorough, conscientious approach to work performed; Customer Service: Identify a client or customer need and provides a quality product or service. Oral Communication: Express information via oral presentation; AND Problem Solving: Identify problem, ascertain root cause and impact, and provide recommendations for resolution. Specialized experience for this position involves performing computer hardware/software integration and providing network support OR have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
