Physical Requirements: This position requires the physical ability to perform moderately heavy work including lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs.; work outside in all weather conditions with exposure to dirt, dust, pollen and insects; climb ladders and stairs; and stand and walk for extended periods.

1. Ability to do the work of a Maintenance Mechanic without more than normal supervision.

2. Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, operations, repair, etc.
3. Knowledge of technical practices (theoretical, precise, artistic).
4. Ability to use measuring instruments.
5. Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, etc. (includes blueprint reading).
6. Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment used to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
7. Knowledge of materials.
