This position is for a Subsystem and Flight Controls Aerospace Engineering Technician position located within the Subsystem Division in the Air Vehicle Department of the Research and Engineering Group at the Fleet Readiness Center East in Cherry Point, NC.


- Responsible for the day-to-day progress and completion of engineering assignments as directed.

- Provides technical support, feedback and supportability analysis for application to new or upgraded weapon systems/equipment.

- Coordinates with and gets guidance from the respective platform specific Senior Engineer and FST leadership to complete the assigned engineering assignments and tasks.

  • 25% or Greater
  • Must be willing to travel by commercial or government aircraft, vessels and land transportation up to 25% of the time.
