Specialized Experience: To Qualify applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience performing the following duties: directing work and performing jurisdictional determinations for Corps regulatory program and/or monitoring Dept of Army permit compliance and conduction of compliance inspections; these actions are primarily associated with regard to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the River and Harbors Act of 1899.

Experience delineating wetlands using both the Regional Supplement to
the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Atlantic and Gulf
Coastal Plain Region and the Regional Supplement to the Corps of
Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Great Plains Region to the Corps
1987 Wetland Delineation Manual; and
2) Experience preparing
jurisdictional determinations in full accordance with the Rapanos
Supreme Court decision regarding requirements to establish federal
jurisdiction for waters of the United States under Section 404 of the
Clean Water Act; and
3) Experience associated with investigating,
developing legally binding cases, and/or resolving Clean Water Act
4) Experience drafting and/or evaluating Department of the Army permit Regulatory permit applications.
