This position is located in San Francisco Division, Bakersfield Resident Office.
Serves as a liaison for extensive organizational needs concerning the following such functional areas as fiscal and procurement, travel, vehicles, personnel, security, supplies, etc. Screens all telephone calls and visitor requests, answering procedural questions based on personal knowledge of program activities. Develops and maintains fiscal records and controls obligations, expendituresa and accounts balances. Maintains an adequate inventory of office and law enforcement supplies. orders, receives and distributes and stores supplies for the office.
