As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Develop changes in policies and procedures to improve customer service or better control FHA’s Risks.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in communicating with and assisting customers.
  • Assist in the planning of and or participate in monitoring visits to customers to review compliance with FHA requirements, to assist and advise management in improving financial performance, and to observe the customer's operations firsthand.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: 
- Analyzing the finances of Residential Healthcare Facilities;
- Developing methods/procedures to reduce cost for Residential Healthcare Facilities; AND
- Evaluating regulations and policies to ensure correct implementation.


The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/date/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your résumé.

  • Knowledge of and ability to provide technical assistance relating to the interpretation and application of long-term residential healthcare facilities housing programs, policies, and procedures.

Category rating will be used to rank and select eligible candidates. If qualified, you will be assigned to one of three quality level categories: Best Qualified, Better Qualified, and Qualified (Good) depending on your responses to the online questions, regarding your experience, education, and training related to this position. Your rating may be lowered if your responses to the online questions are not supported by the education and/or experience described in your application.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
