This position is located in the ANG Wing/Group Flying Activity, Air Traffic Control Flight, not collocated with other Combat Communication units. Its purpose is to provide maintenance management guidance and controls in accordance with various directives to coordinate the planning and scheduling of maintenance workload. Develops and operates a quality assurance program in compliance with Air Force directives for local use. The specialty knowledge of electronics is required.

Establishes short and long-range planning for the maintenance and operation of various types of complex electronics communications and radar equipment and components. Schedules CEM and related equipment through programmed maintenance,
repair, and modification. Develops a quality assurance program in compliance with Air Force directives and guidelines for local use. Directs CEM equipment status reporting and maintenance assistance program. Reviews work order requests to determine man-hours, material, and priority required to repair or modify assigned equipment. Provides supervision to a warehouse worker.Assists in the identification of manpower, equipment, and supplies required to meet mobility requirements. Performs other duties as assigned

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE NOTE Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Must have at least 24 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following:
1. Preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases
of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is
progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in materials, machine
processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes.
2. Experience with current automation support
programs to input data, provide status of equipment, and monitor job order
status, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts
Military Requirements Military skill set is determined by
AFSC/MOS requirements. Upon selection,
individuals must be assigned to a compatible military AFSC/MOS in accordance
with statutes and National Guard Bureau regulations and must obtain/maintain
all requirements of the AFSC/MOS.
