This position is located in Workforce Development Branch (WDB), Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources (OWER), Office of Science Management and Operations (OSMO), Office of the Director (OD), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Assist senior specialists in the development and delivery of leadership and management development programs.
Participate in the design and development of needs assessments.
Assist in developing evaluation criteria and designing evaluation tools and methods to measure effectiveness.
Research, compile, and analyze Institute-wide data to monitor individual Division and Office needs.
Serve as Co-Project Officer on contracts providing support regarding the teams projects.
Assist senior specialists/Team Leader in providing advice regarding the development of programs and supporting administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
If you are selected at the GS-11 level, you will essentially perform the same duties as those at the full performance level described above, however, duties are less complex and will be performed under closer supervision with more detailed guidance.
