This vacancy announcement is for the purpose of recruiting intermittent Medical Officers to assist with direct patient care/treatment in various specialty clinics at the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York. The facility to seeking physicians with disciplines in the following specialties:

Podiatry

  • Salary to be determined, per patient rate.

Work schedule: Intermittent, to meet the needs of scheduling patients

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Possession of a doctorate degree from a Medical School
  • Possession a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state
  • Board certification

 

Podiatry - Branch of medicine devoted to the study, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the foot; ankle, and lower leg.

SALARY DETERMINATION: Salary is to be determined, per patient rate.

 

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION:

You will be subject to a background security investigation before you can be appointed.

 

PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL:

You must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
