Duties

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing administrative and technical support functions to an office. Typical work assignments will include:

•Performs budgetary work in order to execute the annual budget.
•Acts as a backup to the Human Resources Specialist and assists in preparing documents including job analyses, crediting plans, and job announcements for recruitment of all positions.
•Assists in maintaining property inventory.
•Assists with projects and analysis of space needs.
•Serves as the primary timekeeper and point of contact for WebTA, as well as serving as the WebTA HR Administrator.
•Answers the telephone for the main office, monitors visitors, accepts, delivers, and opens mail daily.
•Makes purchases as needed within delegated monetary authorization and guidelines.
•Serves as the point of contact for travel matters.
•Serves as a district training officer for Office of Legal Education training.

 

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
