contract cost/price analysis principles and procedures to analyze and evaluate
the cost elements on contracts. Experience in statistical, financial, and
accounting analysis and experience in contract negotiation. Contract
Administrator: Experience in contract negotiation and using cost and price
analysis techniques. Experience using business and industry practices to assess
contractors ability to perform and experience using cost accounting standards
to draw conclusions on contract provisions.

A bachelors degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees AND at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
