This position is with the 88th Regional Support Command (RSC), Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 45 in Elwood, Illinois.

The duties of this position include:

  • Receive, review, prepare, and edit requests for issue of supplies and equipment.
  • Check for accuracy of required information, e.g., stock numbers, nomenclature, and authorization.
  • Prepare turn-in documents for supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain stock record cards and post status of requests to document register.
  • Verify accuracy of automated cards and listings against current stock levels.
  • Review receiving documents, bills of lading, inspection reports to verify and/or reconcile discrepancies in nomenclature against items received.
  • Conduct periodic inventories.
