If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing visitor information and serving as a receptionist in the United States Attorney's Office - Western District of Michigan

Typical work assignments will include:

  • Receiving telephone calls and visitors to the office;
  • Responding to inquiries, providing general information regarding office programs;
  • Producing a variety of written documents utilizing varied and advanced word processing software functions, working from handwritten draft, edited copy, or electronic files created by another staff member;
  • Receiving, reviewing, and distributing incoming mail, including service of process.
  • Provides secretarial support to the U.S. Attorney and the First Assistant

Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
