The Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (WDL Operations Manager) is responsible for managing the production of data content; working with program and development staff to design and implement content workflow processes and tools over the entire content production process, i.e., from transfer to maintenance; manage WDL digital conversion centers at WDL partner institutions; and work with program and development staff to identify and implement solutions in the areas of web hosting and storage, compliance with IT security requirement and implementation of new website features and other applications.

The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area.
The incumbent of this position will work a flextime work schedule.
