The Student Trainee (Clerical) will provide general office clerical support to one or
more professional, program, or technical staff members in the United States
Attorneys Office, Sacramento.
telephone and refers callers to staff members or takes messages as appropriate;
and staples materials;
and arranges material for filing in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological
and retrieves materials;
forms and other office supplies; and
recurring and special messenger trips as necessary.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
