Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Typical examples of such work include: working in a medical treatment facility scheduling appointments, documenting patient information, receiving patients and visitors (in person or telephonically), and operating computerized programs to perform duties such as entering/modifying/retrieving patient medical records and to schedule appointments.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: This position requires the incumbent be a qualified typist, being able to type 40 words per minute.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level ofcompetency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the following areas:
