·       Apply a variety of mathematical and statistical principles and techniques such as probability theory, uncertainty, optimization, estimation, inference, experimental design, and data reduction to a myriad of situations and problems.

·       Provide technical guidance to test managers, program analyst, and operators to ensure program success.

·       Analyze and interpret data obtained from test results to ensure the validity of the statistical approach.

·       Prepare reports documenting progress and results of statistical studies including methods of analysis.
