The Clinical Psychologist will provide care for Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) through the PTSD Clinical Team as well as outpatient mental health. As a member of the Mental Health Clinic, the psychologist will provide care to Veterans with a variety of mental health issues. Major duties include:
- Conduct psychologist assessments and provide mental health care for military Veteran patients requiring services to include but not limited to evidence-based group and individual psychotherapy;
-Responsible for up to two Compensation and Pension evaluations a week.
Tour of duty: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Physical standards - All
applicants must meet the physical standards for the position. A physical examination
prior to employment may be required.
Doctoral degree in
psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological
Successfully completed a
professional psychology internship training program accredited by the APA.
GS-12 grade requires one
year post doctoral experience obtained in a professional program concerned with health,
rehabilitation or vocational restoration.
GS-13 grade requires two
years post doctoral experience with licensure.
Preferred experience is program development experience or interest.
