About the Position:
The New York District Headquarters office is located at 26 Federal Plaza in downtown Manhattan just minutes from Wall Street, Chinatown, Little Italy and SOHO. The building is also known as the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building. The building is surrounded by federal, city and state court and office buildings in the heart of lower Manhattan. The major intersection is Broadway and Duane Streets. Public transportation is available throughout the Tri-State areas.

•Developing and managing general permits

•Prepares government estimates for Operations and Maintenance projects

•Perform wetland delineations

•Analyze impacts of proposals on the aquatic environment
•Advising, administering, and performing technical work related to the protection or improvement of air, land, and water resources
