This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Child Support Enforcement, Office of the Commissioner, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Division of Program Innovation in Washington, D.C.

Major Duties:

The purpose of this position is coordinate the Child Access and Visitation (AV) formula grants authorized under section 469B of 42 US.C. 669b, manage the intersection of AV subject matter and the child support program, and perform related work in safe child access and visitation.

Serve as pro-active national expert on the AV grant program and AV/parenting time practices.

Manage AV program development and administration.

Provide leadership and technical assistance to state AV grantees to promote innovative, effective implementation of grant project activities and requirements.

Manage written and oral communication around AV program, parenting time, and related areas.

Promote safe delivery of AV services and parenting time innovations, including emphasis on family violence screening, protocols, and safeguards.
