JOB SUMMARY:

The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.

DUTIES:

  • Plans and manages the day-to-day operation of a brewery.
  • Prepares and/or oversees the preparation of beer following and creating recipes.
  • Develops operating budget, identifying labor, equipment and supply cost elements.
  • Controls pricing, beer production methods and techniques
  • Supervises assigned staff.


 

 


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Progressive work experience directly related to the duties to be performed.
  • Posses a complete understanding of the brewing processes.
    Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and monitor the brewing process.
  • Must have knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the operation.


Conditions of employment:  

1. Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.

2.  Satisfactorily complete an employment verification check. 

3. Successfully complete all required background checks.

 

4. Work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, holidays and night duty.
