Office of Administrative Services
The Office of Administrative Services encompasses Human Resources Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer, and Security and Administrative Services. Internships are in a wide variety of areas and duties may include working in data processing and assisting personnel management activities.
Interns will work in collaboration with the Records Officer performing a variety of records management services. Intern responsibilities will include maintaining record collection which will require file maintenance such as indexing, organizing, and labeling. The Records Management Unit is responsible for filed documents and folders. Interns will be accountable for preserving the integrity of the central file collections which may require some research and relocation of documents. Background and coursework related to records management, good oral and written communication skills. Experience with Micosoft Office. A high degree of discretion and sound independent judgement. Logical, systematic thinking and effective organizational skills. Ability to follow-through work assigned.
