This position is assigned to the Bureau of the Comptroller and Global Financial Services, ICASS Service Center, Policy Coordination and Training Team (CGFS/ICASS/PCT). ICASS (International Cooperative Administrative Support Services) is the principal means by which the U.S. Government provides and shares the cost of common administrative support at more than 250 diplomatic and consular posts overseas. The PCT team provides expert consultation and analysis to support the ICASS system at U.S. missions abroad. The incumbent ensures that SharePoint based electronic content required by the ICASS Service Center (ISC) is up to date, timely, integrated with office and bureau objectives, and marketed aggressively. Incumbent is the ISC’s key expert across the full range of online training technologies.
