Who May Apply:
Develop the psychiatric portion of the Narrative Summary (NARSUM) which summarizes the psychiatric and related medical conditions.
Develop the psychiatric addendum to the NARSUM by reviewing the Disability Evaluations completed by the Veterans' Affairs (VA) physician, reviewing the military inpatient and outpatient treatment records, reviewing VA, civilian and/or TRICARE treatment documentation, and conducting a comprehensive patient evaluation.
Complete the Temporary Disability Retirement List (TDRL) re-evaluation process by completing and summarizing psychiatric evaluations.
Respond to requests for Independent Medical Reviews (IMR) and appeals.
