To qualify for this position, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 level by the closing date of this announcement. Education may not be substituted for experience.
Examples of specialized experience include:
Conducting quality assurance inspections and contract surveillance duties of specified commissary or retail grocery contracted services.
Applying retail grocery store administration policies and procedures as they relate to established contracts.
Monitoring vendors and/or contractors in a retail setting to ensure proper inventory.
