AREAS OF CONSIDERATION: AREA ONE - All qualified permanently employed excepted technicians of the Kentucky Army National Guard. AREA TWO - All qualified members of the Kentucky Air National Guard. Includes temporary and indefinite employees.

INTRODUCTION: This position is located at UTES of the Kentucky Army National Guard. Performs limited diagnosis, routine repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles.
