This position is located in the Office of Community and Constituent (CCS) Services with in the National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC). The employee is responsible for constituent services programs, collaborations and international activities, with functions that include building relationships, outreach, training, technical support.

- Conducts fact-finding and researches material in coordination/preparation for business meetings. Prepares, monitors, tracks, and evaluates Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs). Ensures program reports and materials are timely, clear and concise and thoroughly addresses the issues of interest and concern of the Associate Director.
- Facilitates communication and congenial working relationships among staff, program partners, and international professionals.
- Serves as the Associate Director’s program assistant and advisor with responsibility for facilitating, planning, and coordinating all administrative related matters.
