This position is in the Director’s Office of the National Museum of Marine Corps (NMMC), Marine Corps Heritage Center (MCHC), Quantico, Virginia.

In this position, you will perform facility management and security tasks with a variety of buildings and mechanical systems.

Vacancies from this announcement may be filled at the following grade levels: GS-13, GS-14

This position has promotion potential to the 14 grade level. If selected below the full performance level, incumbent may be noncompetitively promoted to the next higher grade level after meeting all regulatory requirements, and upon the recommendation of management. Promotion is neither implied nor guaranteed.




·        Write performance evaluations establishes measurable performance standards, submits, awards, and  initiate objectives and work plans

·        Plan and execute preventive maintenance requirements for the building

·        Develop and administer strategic objectives in support of facilities and security tasks  

·        Analyze budget for mission essential items and services, managing assets to include consumables and real property, and procuring goods and services
