GS-14: Four (4) years of experience planning, organizing and
reviewing work in a contracting or related field, including one year of
specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the
Federal service experience in evaluating or implementing contracting programs; OR leading or supervising contracting professionals providing contracting services for the acquisition of a wide range of supplies, services (professional and non-professional), and/or construction; OR contracting experience that demonstrated the ability to perform the full range of highly complex pre-award and post award activities utilizing a variety of types of contracts and evidence of professional potential, business acumen, drive for results, relationship building, and self-motivation in order to procure supplies, services, or construction associated with an organization
In addition to the specialized experience requirements listed above you must also have successfully completed ALL of the mandatory
training course requirements to obtain a Certificate Level II in order to be considered eligible to apply. Additional information can be found at
