Duties

As a Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Researching and developing critical and complex material for managerial, budget, and statistical reports.
• Conducting management surveys and developing plans to broaden customer relations.
• Reviewing and developing divisional operating procedures and conducts studies to improve record keeping, records management, and other direct program administration concerns.
• Conducting internal audits to ascertain and verify compliance to established procedures and policies and recommends corrective actions attainable within resource allocated.
• Remaining constantly informed regarding operational status of the Academy, providing information and recommendations as to correction and control of urgent situations, and assisting in the implementation of approved actions.
