- U.S. citizenship.
- Graduate of a school of practical nursing approved by the appropriate State accrediting agency and one of the following: Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) formerly known as The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) OR The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- Current, full, active and unrestricted registration as a Practical nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English
- Current certification in Basic Life Support
Applicant's education and length of nursing practice (experience) will be considered by a Practical Nurse Standards Board in determining the grade and salary of the applicant selected. The recommended salary may be at any point in the range listed for this vacancy.

2 years of successful licensed practical nursing experience is preferred
