As a Staff Psychologist, to provide a wide array of psychological
services to veterans of all eras, who are living with mental health illness,
and have active suicidal ideation or who are at risk of suicidal ideation.
His/her responsibilities involve providing services such as screening,
assessment, care coordination, individual and group psychotherapy,
psychological evaluations, consultation with other disciplines, and supervising
psychology practicum students, interns, post-doctoral fellows and psychiatry
residents within the VA North Texas Health Care System.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

NOTE: Current VA Psychology Interns
or Psychology Postdoctoral Fellows may be
considered for commitment to this position prior to completion of their
training year and it is determined that you meet the eligibility requirements.
