If chosen for this position, you will perform the following duties:
- Develop methods and collect, organize and record experimental data in a form suitable for publication and future reference by others. Maintain complete, detailed records of all experiments performed in a notebook or other journal form.
- Recreate each experiment describing protocols, methods, and procedures used and including summaries of data obtained and descriptions of any problems or unusual situations encountered in carrying out the experiment.
- Carry out complete analyses of data, by applying standard statistical methods such as dispersion, analysis of variance, and regression and correlation analysis.
- Assemble data in both tabular (i.e., tables, graphs, charts) and narrative form, noting any inconsistencies or areas where the data appear inconclusive.
