Physical Requirement: Must be able to move and control heavy equipment, carry and set up ladders and scaffolding, and work form ladders, and scaffolds. Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds regularly and, occasionally, objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Works within the commissary indoor areas most of the time: however, occasionally must work out of doors to accomplish cleaning tasks. Is exposed to conditions inherent in cleaning tasks such as skin irritations and chapped hands from working with strong cleaning agents. Care is required to avoid serious injuries when working on ladders and scaffolds and when using heavy powered equipment. Indoor work areas normally have adequate heat, light and ventilation.
