VA San Diego Healthcare System is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our
Primary Care Community Outpatient Clinic located in Mission Valley. License is
required in any state. Incumbent should be Board Certified/Board Eligible in
Internal Medicine or Family Practice and must meet requirements to obtain and
maintain academic appointment.
Physician will be part of a healthcare team consisting of
Physician, Registered Nurse, LVN, Pharmacist, Social Worker, and clerical staff
providing primary care services, stressing health maintenance and preventative
medicine. Serves veterans in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Refers for
speciality services to the VA Hospital services for over 45,000 Veteran
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required as needed for patient care.
