This position is located in the Department of Human Health Services (DHHS), Food Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Medical Products and Tobacco (OMPT), Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), Office of Management (OM), Division of Program Services (DPS), Program Service Branch (PSB), Rockville, Maryland.

Serves as the Branch Chief and is responsible for direction and supervision of the Center's functions in a variety of administrative areas such as awards, property, quality of work life, standard operating procedures, facilities liaison, space, and security. Performs the full range of technical and administrative supervisory functions and provides the overall leadership and direction to major program services efforts. Provides authoritative advice and an analysis of FDA policies and directives related to services provided, as well as approaches/strategies for policy implementation.
