The USPTO Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is looking for a strategic, energetic and enthusiastic leader to launch and maintain the next generation of automated systems for the agency. As the Director of Information Management Services (IMS), you will have a direct impact on the agency’s mission, and contribute to our nation’s economic growth. You’ll also be working with modern, evolving technology and infrastructure not seen anywhere else.
The IMS Director sets the strategic vision for, and evaluates, manages and oversees the next generation of customer facing information systems. We’re looking for an individual who has recent, comprehensive technical and management experience delivering high quality IT products and services in the areas of public information and collaborative systems, customer support, enterprise configuration management and records management.
