Duties

  • Review and examine travel claims verifying the accuracy and completeness of data and authorizations.
  • Prepare a variety of payment authorizations for travelers based on receipt of all regulatory documentation.
  • Input and post data verified against source documents into the applicable travel system and correct invalid entries.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records by accessing the accounting system and comparing obligation data with transactions received.
