This position is located in the Office of Programs and Plans, Office of
Construction and Facilities Management, Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and
Construction, Office of the Secretary, Department of Veterans Affairs in
Washington, DC. The Office of Programs and Plans is responsible for identifying
program requirements and developing strategies based on the expressed concerns
and parameters of VA senior leadership; providing national direction of
programs that require knowledge of major construction program objectives and
budgeting, environmental issues, and facility financing transactions.

of construction program management, real property program management, and
quality assurance reports and records to locate errors, omissions, or other
maintenance of statistical records and collection of data for ad hoc reports
using construction management software; and ensures that material is presented
in accordance with specified format.
